Custom cookies easily add to the WOW factor of any event. If you have a beloved baker, even better, but for those of us that are on our own, we LOVE using special cookie cutters for an easy treat! A few years ago, I found the best sugar cookie recipe from In Katrina’s Kitchen and I’ve used it ever since. If you have the time, these are a great way to add a little custom touch.
These Party Straws
These party straws are such a cute touch to the event. They are easy to find and make any drink look extra fun. We personally love the ones from Coterie Party, but if that’s a bit out of your budget, many party stores sell them. To add even more whimsy, add in the coconut cups to make the event even more tropical.

Printable party signs are the best way to decorate, quickly and inexpensively. You can find already created printables to just download and set up, or find that personalized set that makes the party seem even more special.

What’s more tropical than serving food out of an actual pineapple?!? Nothing. Nothing is more tropical than that. Make your favorite salsa, serve it up in a pineapple, and everyone will think you’re a genius event planner.
